There is no limit to the dollar amount of rental assistance that eligible tenants may receive, but rental assistance award decisions are made on a case by case basis as funding availability allows. Tenants are limited to up to 12 months of past due rent and 0-3 months of future rent, however.

State and Federal restrictions did not allow for payments to landlords whose tenants did not also apply for rental assistance through ACHS ERAP.

Landlords and property managers must submit a landlord portal request form in order to access the online community portal. Once logged in, landlords can check the status of ERAP applications submitted by their tenant(s).
