Behavior Technicians help kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a condition that impacts a child’s ability to communicate, socialize, and play. Behavior Technicians implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs with CARD patients and families under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Behavior Technicians receive 2-3 weeks of comprehensive training.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and behaviors, the development of treatment plans, and the training of the patient’s caregivers and Behavior technicians. BCBA, LCSW, or LMFT certification is required. This is a salaried full-time position.
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned center. Responsibilities range from administrative duties to the development of the center’s team, including but not limited to billing, payroll, general reporting, the onboarding of employees, and client relations. The OM leads business development and staffing efforts. This is a salaried full-time position.
